We are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse to join a well-established, caring team within a Nursing Home in the South-East Cornwall area.
If successful in your application, you will be working as a senior member of the Care Team and will need to be motivated and enthusiastic, utilising your caring, kind and compassionate approach, to plan, implement and supervise the care of residents within the home.
Once in post, you will work closely with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead to ensure that the home is run in a professional, person-centred way that caters to the individual needs of the people it cares for. In the absence of the Manager and Clinical Lead, you will also take overall responsibility for the day to day operation of the home, making a positive impact through your team management and leadership skills.
This is a permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities:
To plan, implement and supervise nursing care in designated area of responsibility.
To be physically involved in the nursing care of the residents and to meet the individual needs of residents, either personally or through delegation. To take responsibility for, and effectively supervise the day to day running of the home, in the absence of the Home Manager and Clinical Lead, ensuring that the care is of a highest standard at all times
