Transforming Care Services are currently recruiting for a night nurse to work 39 hours per week on average (4 nights one week, 3 the next and so on – 8.45pm-7.30am) at a ABI service in Chesterfield. The service is built on 2 acres of land offering a beautiful location to work in and the management and care team are very friendly and welcoming so in general its a lovely place to work. The service supports adults with ABI, mental health issues and behaviours that challenge. They are looking for either an RMN or RNLD nurse but would consider an RGN if they had substantial experience within challenging services, supported adults with ABI or mental health issues.
The home is a nursing service and the manager is absolutely great, very experienced and person centred. All service users have full in-depth assessments and a person centred care package is formulated based on their own specific needs, tailored to each individual.
Evaluation will be ongoing and your role will be to improve individual’s skills in order for them to improve their quality of life and self esteem, providing a rehabilitation pathway for those who have met their goals and are looking to return gradually to life in the community
Scope for progression i.e. senior nurse and deputy position.
