Registered Mental Health Nurse. Fareham
We are recruiting for a Mental Health Nurse to work in a Rehabilitation and Recovery service, which is situated in Fareham where our multidisciplinary team offer high quality recovery focused care to working aged adults with a range of mental health needs.
We are providing individuals with practical and emotional care, enabling them to lead as ordinary life as they can achieve.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
In your role as an RMN you will support the Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager to deliver a high quality person centred recovery approach in line with the company's Community Services Personalisation Strategy. You will act as a keyworker to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care planning & risk assessment/risk management safety plans on a monthly basis with residents upon admission.
You will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team in a hospital setting, ensuring the delivery of holistic, recovery care to all residents, through the supervision of staff at lower grades and in the implementation of the Care Programme Approach.
You will be capable of adopting a flexible approach to hours of duty in order to meet the needs of the service over the twenty-four-hour period and work flexibly regarding shift changes according to the needs of the hospital.
The ideal applicant will be experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs and be experienced at working autonomously. High quality care and ensuring standards are the highest possible, are crucial.
The role is a permanent position. You will need to be flexible as you are required to work shifts including bank holidays, weekends and potentially sleep ins.
The annual salary for the role is £32,175 per annum.
You must be a qualified RMN with a valid NMC Pin.
